For an efficient training, the participants will work out in groups of 5-6 players, depending on their skill level: advanced, intermediate, or beginners.

This Thanksgiving basketball camp concentrates on elevating gameplay. Players will do basketball workouts with different levels of difficulty for each group, accentuating work on:

• balance and coordination
• agility and jumping
• strength and speed
• training with the shooting machine
