1-on-1 Training

Although basketball is ultimately a team sport, each group is comprised of individual players with their own set of abilities that bolster the unit’s overall performance.

Coach Tony Laguna provides 1-on-1 training ($35/session) tailored to each player’s unique needs that may be overlooked during busier team-oriented training when the focus falls on the group as a whole.

Our 1-on-1/Private Training Programs

  • Customized Training Module - Our 1-on-1 programs are highly personalized to improve on a player’s unique strengths and to target specific weaknesses. This training module is designed to help athletes see a significant improvement in the smallest amount of time possible.
  • Personalized Drills - Following a tailored training program is the quickest way to achieve personal goals. These drills are adapted to fit each athlete’s individual needs, so that they can improve on their physical skills and develop the athleticism needed to succeed in this game. 
  • Basketball Fundamentals - Working on necessary basketball skills, like ball handling, footwork, and shooting, will create a strong foundation that will serve athletes well as they progress and take their game to the next level.
  • Self-Reflection and Improvement - Knowing what you need to improve on and setting personal goals are essential to becoming a top basketball player. This program will teach athletes how to develop a growth mindset in order to help them reach their full potential.
  • Character Development - While working on basketball skills is important, real-life skills are equally as valuable. Hard work, discipline, and good sportsmanship are all skills that an athlete needs to develop for improvement on and off the court.
  • All-Over Conditioning Work - This program will improve an athlete’s overall fitness by incorporating exercises for cardiovascular endurance, stability, agility, power, verticality, and speed. These exercises will develop a basketball player into an all-around athlete who dominates the court.
  • Game Psychology - Performing under pressure, maintaining your confidence, and managing your emotions—both good and bad—are what separates a good athlete from a great one. This program will help players develop the mental skills and strategies needed to stay focused on the game.
  • Basketball IQ - We provide players with the lessons and knowledge needed to develop a deeper understanding of basketball. This will teach them how to make smarter decisions and create strategies on the fly in order to improve their decision-making skills while in a game.
  • Performance Evaluations - By working with a coach 1-on-1, an athlete will get regular performance feedback to track their progress and identify any areas of improvement. Our coach will provide them with the tools they need to optimize their performance, succeed in the sport, and achieve their overall goals.
