We believe that basketball is one of the most enjoyable and effective ways for students to learn the values of discipline, individual effort, and cohesive teamwork.

Therefore, we created individual training programs and camps for girls from all middle and high schools in Poway. We aim to help young female athletes improve their game and cultivate the proper competitive mindset to achieve better results with every game they play.

Our training programs based in San Marcos are tailored to each female student's athletic development, ensuring they get all the attention and guidance they need to prepare for the challenges of junior high and high school. The club teams coached by Tony Laguna—a semi-pro player and Assistant Varsity Coach at San Marcos High School—play in basketball tournaments and leagues near Poway.
